The cargo holds are full of mysterious crates! The crews are filling beyond capacity with new faces! Official alerts are informing the passengers that they are signed to contracts that they've never agreed to! They are docking at the dazzling FS Starlight, but are flat broke!

[You know what. You know what.

Clay was busy with his eyes closed and not paying attention to anything, just the beat and the rhythm of the music. Which, surprisingly, makes him a good dancer! He definitely knows how to move his body to the music.

But since he's paying attention to that, the attack comes completely out of nowhere, and Clay's eyes fly open as he stumbles some steps forward to try to catch himself and not fall on the floor with the lemur on his back]

GAH!

[And he ends up colliding with someone, who gives him the most death of death glares before moving away to dance some more. Thank god this isn't like those movies where the person's SO comes out to beat him up or whatever. But it does make him turn his head to look... up... at:]

Alex?! [The music's so loud that he has to raise his voice. Thankfully, his voice is more than loud enough to be heard.]

[delincuente]

[Alex just grins at him. She may be a tiny bit intoxicated, but mostly she's just in a good mood. This is her kind of planet, and she's made plenty of cash today from things she probably won't tell her friends about.]

I got new shoes!

[She lifts up one foot to point to the aforementioned shoes. They look like they could independently kill a man.]

[Now that he's not dancing, it feels really crowded in the middle of what feels like the whole station ever. Clay looks down at her shoes, then up at her again.]

Are you sure about that?! They look like weapons to me!

[delincuente]

I know, right? [She sounds very excited about his evaluation.] Going for that femme fatale vibe.

What are you even going to do with those when we get out of here? [And while he talks, he's going to slooooowly start easing the both of them out of the crowd of moving and dancing people.] I'm no lawyer, I can't defend you if you get arrested for kicking someone with those things!

Intimidate new crew members? [Like, what else would she do?] And chill, dude. Like anyone I kicked with these would still be alive to call the police.
