All new passengers from the last few Shuffles, especially those who haven't met their crews yet, are welcome to post starter-comments here to invite those living on and visiting your ship to come and interact. Newbies could be just arriving on the ship, busying around where others can find them, or you can offering multiple options for interaction--however you'd like to set up your thread is fine. Just make sure to include the name of your ship in the header, so your crewmates can easily find you!

Nnnh.... [ Not yet, it's still much to early to be up. Sascha's only just started to get comfortable in his clinging and hugging, hands clutching lightly at Glitch's poor clothes.

Predictably he's not all that helpful when it comes to waking up and answering anything to make use of himself: without a sunrise and sundown to tell his body when it ought to sleep he's been rather disoriented.

This is the first time in two days he's had someone to huddle up to comfortably and doze.. Sascha isn't giving that up willingly ]

[Glitch pokes more insistently. His fingers and long and bony, good for jabbing.]

No, I'm sorry, but I don't know who you are, I really can't be having with this. Wake up.

[ Apparently perfect for disrupting perfectly good sleep, which makes Sascha groan miserably and hug onto Glitch more tightly. ]

Five more minutes...

No, now. I don't know who you are, you're not DG or Raw or Kalm or Cain, not that he'd do this, but I don't know who you are, get up!

[He's also starting to panic a bit. Which will inevitably lead to one thing.]

[ This is such a cruel, cruel world... One where he's forced to wake just after he's gotten comfortable. Sascha actually whines, the sound pathetic and drawn-out. ]

I'm Sascha... Don't make me mooooooove.

Sascha? I don't a Sascha. You can't take advantage of me just because I'm a headcase!

[He does this... wriggle twist thing, sliding out from the grip and rolling away, putting his back to a wall.]

[His head twitches slightly.]

[ That's...well, that's kind of creepy actually?? But as he's dropped Sascha picks himself off the floor slowly, giving Glitch a bit of a stare for a moment. ]

...But I just told you my name. So now you do? Right...?

[Glitch stays plastered to the corner. One hand reaches up feeling along his zip and double checking it is still firmly done up.]

How do I know you? Where am I? What have you done to me?

[ It should be! Sascha has not touched it and in fact, hadn't even noticed it at first. Now of course he can't stop staring at it. ]

....I slept on you. Sorry [ This seems a little bit of an overreaction for something just like that. After all they're both still in their clothes right?? What could he possibly want with some guy's...empty head? ]

[Glitch's hands come down from his head.]

[He's starting to relax again, now he's got a grasp on the situation. And that it is as weird as he thought, he wasn't confused.]

Were you cold?

Cold? [ he blinks. ] I guess? I mean it's pretty warm down here already but you just looked so comfy...I couldn't help it.

I'm used to sleeping on the ground. It's been a long time since I had a bed. A real bed, anyway. I slept in a pile of blankets and pillows with Cain, but that was to stop him dying of hypothermia.

[He sits himself down, tucking his knees to his chest. Defensive, but less terrified.]

[pneumo]

[ And Sascha seats himself down in a similar fashion, legs crossed underneath him now as he blinks a little and cants his head. ]

Is that someone on the ship...?

No. I don't think so? What ship is that?

[pneumo]

We're on the SS Golden right now!

[amicably_absent]

I... don't know what that is.

But with access to a small metal kiln I could probably make some new wire and improve the energy transference from the engine...

Wait...what? That's not what I'm talking about. [ Why is he suddenly talking about kilns...?? ]

[Glitch clutches his hands to his chest.]

And talking about burning stuff.

What do you think we did while we slept...?! [ The burning is completely necessary???? ]
