BALLROOM

[Clay isn't one for dancing in a place like this, as these kinds of social events aren't really his thing. Nor is dressing up all fancy or wearing a mask like he is. But hey, he was asked to come, and so he did.

But just because he doesn't really want to be here doesn't mean he won't have some fun. He'll chat it up and laugh it up with other people, especially those he knows, and have a good time all in all. Though more often than not, he'll snag himself a comfortable chair and lounge back, looking up at the ceiling with barely concealed awe. That's a really nice simulation up there. Maybe he could make one for his own room...]

GAMES ROOM

[Okay, Clay really likes it here. Once he realizes there even is a game room, he makes a beeline towards it, sits down by the tables and gets a feel for the rules, how to play, etc. There's one particular game called War: The Squandering that sounds similar to a game he knows about at home, though he's never played it himself. Judging by how he sits with a self-satisfied grin on his face while his second opponent groans in defeat, however, he's picked up on the rules pretty fast.]

GREEN MUSEUM

[And, of course, Clay can't pass up the opportunity to research the fauna here. He sits carefully, taking in the greenery and studying them carefully. He thinks about taking a soil sample back with him and wonders if he could get away with it - they wouldn't miss just a tiny bit of dirt, right?

Apparently they would, because he's trying to rapidly explain himself while one of the security guards drags him out of the museum by the collar of his suit jacket.]

I'm sorry, it's just - I need to see what the soil is like with thriving plants, it's part of my study, I swear I'll bring it back - !

[Since she had spoken with Allen a little earlier, Wanda was able to fairly easily identify Clay, even through his fancy formal attire and mask. Wanda smiles, when she catches sight of him. It felt like it had been a while since she last had the chance to talk with Clay, so she slowly makes her way over to him. She wasn't sure exactly just how well her own outfit and change of hairstyle disguised her identity, but it would be fun to test with Clay. She makes sure to stay just out of his line of sight, until she's walked up right next to him. Trying to sound a little more older and sophisticated, she clears her throat to announce her presence and smiles politely at Clay.]

May I join you?

[He had actually been talking to a local about this whole place before Wanda gets his attention, and he excuses himself as he -

Huh. He... doesn't actually recognize her at first, and it shows. He tilts his head a bit, his smile looking a bit lost because he knows she looks familiar, and - oh. Oh! He knows her! His eyes light up a bit in recognition.]

Wanda! Yeah, of course - [He spreads his hands to gesture to her dress] You look beautiful!

[She giggles softly, a small, girlish smile on her face. Clearly happy with herself that she managed to trick Clay for even a moment. She lifts her mask slightly, resting it on her forehead.]

Thank you. You are looking very regal yourself.

[She takes the seat next to him.]

I ran into Allen earlier, and he said you were around. I had to see if I could find you for myself.

[And Clay lifts up his own mask as well, because man, he's already tired of wearing the thing. But he grins, taking a bit of pride in that "regal" comment, and shifts a bit to get more comfortable.]

Well, you found me! I'm surprised you recognized me with the mask on! [Clay your hair is super iconic okay] These kind of social events aren't really my thing, but - well, Allen wanted a dance or two, so why not?

[Wanda grins back at Clay. The hair was a bit of a give-away, but Allen had also given her enough to know what to look out for. Not to mention, well, Wanda still did have her psychic powers. While she was not actively using them to read minds like before, they were always on to a certain, very low degree, making it somewhat easier to pick people out in a crowd.]

It sounds like we have that in common then. I am not much into these types of parties either. Though, in fairness, this is only my first... perhaps I just have to warm up to it?

[Of all the places outside the ship Robb likes this one the most. It looks like some sort of big training yard, only more modern, and, of course in space. And some games are smaller in size.

Both of his eyebrows are raised when he moves to sit across a young man with a very smug smile on his face.]

Shall we play a game? [The tone of his voice is polite when he speaks.] I believe it is a simple strategy game, is it not?

[The smug smile turns into a happy smile as he gets another player. This is fun; it's just the end result that makes Clay feel proud of himself. Finally! There's a card game he's actually good at!]

Yeah! You use the cards and the stats on each one to defeat the opponent. You start with twenty life points, and you lose if your life points hit zero. Wanna try?

[Robb smiles as well before he takes a hold of the cards, shuffling through them.]

Must we note these points down somewhere? [He nods while asking that. Of course he wants to try!] I see there are cards to boost these attack points as well.
