That's not a good face. Haruka pauses, soaking it in - not wanting to pry - then grinning suddenly, as if an idea's just occurred to her.

"May I show you something?" she asks, beginning to weave them towards the outskirts of the dance floor (without missing a beat, naturally). Such is her mastery, in fact, that others part for them without even seeming to intend to - either they're unconsciously reacting to her charisma or else she's unconsciously maneuvering her partner while taking everyone else's motions into account, too.

Elegant ladies. It's what they do.

She'll recover, in time. But she had a very clever dance partner taking her mind off things and that made her much more cheerful.

"Is it a surprise?" Lily smiled slightly and tipped her head with the question. She wasn't entirely sure what there was to see here but then they were moving and it was not unlike magic how they seemed to pass through the crowd without touching or disturbing anything.

Haruka just smiles. "Sort of."

When they reach the very edge of the dance floor, she's backing up towards the area where they'd all left their breathing masks. It's a pity about their clunkiness, but if they're going to be heading where Haruka would like to take Lily, oxygen is always a plus.

"Are we leaving the party?" Lily looked back at all the people dancing and laughing. But this was even more mysterious and intriguing. She could always come back later, so why not?

"Alright, lead on!" She laughed and stepped back, her hand still keeping her guides until the reached the masks, she'd need both hands for that.

Haruka does indeed drop Lily's hands to manage the masks. She's here if Lily needs an extra hand holding her mask (either mask) in place, even, and will then strap herself in.

"It won't take long," she promises - she has a good idea, or at least she likes to think so, but it still does involve going outside. On this moon. So it's not quite as good an idea as it would be anywhere else.

Oh well.

Masks were donned, her party mask had to be left behind, but safety first! Besides she can pick it up later, so she simply nods her readiness.

"Let's go." This was a mystery and an adventure, and it promised to be a pleasant diversion from her mood until recently.
