[This blue teen comes dressed in an unusually fancy-looking tux. Where could he have gotten it? The truth is, he didn't. His fancy clothes are just a projection from the image inducer worn on his wrist; really, he's wearing the laziest of clothes underneath, and a plain long-sleeved shirt and a pair of sweatpants (with boxers sticking out). No one would be able to tell just at a glance - well except that as the evening wears on, the hologram may flicker off and one again for an instant, as the image inducer is a fickle thing.

Oh and he's also wearing a cheesy Phantom of the Opera-esque mask.]

[Ballroom]

[Kurt's had a lot to deal with recently, including the sudden arrival of the mass of complications that is his mom, as well as meeting a variety of people he knows from home, but all from different time periods or universes entirely, including another version of himself. So, he's ready to just have an evening of simple, pure fun.

He bursts into the ballroom with a dramatic flair as he arrives, and tries to catch as many people's attention as he can.]

Guten tag, everybody! I'm here, so now let the party really begin!

[Kurt will soon be ripping up the dance floor with his killer dance moves. He did come with Octavia as a friend, but he'll be looking to fill up his dance card. So you may find this fuzzy blue guy suddenly teleporting over near you (said teleportation accompanied by a cloud of smoke, a 'bamf!' sound, and the smell of brimstone), ready to ask for a dance, or maybe just to socialize a little.]

[Snack Table]

[Kurt's second home is at the snack table. Sick of the proteins served in space, he treasures any opportunity to gorge himself on real snack. He's focusing on the cheese snacks, gathering a massive amount of them and trying to put together what looks like a small town with the cheeses as building blocks. (He would have gone for a tower, but A Goofy Movie already beat him to that pun).

When he sees someone nearby, he looks up with a bright smile.]

Welcome to Cheesetopia! Population: [He proceeds to toss one cheese snack into his mouth and continues with his mouth full] My stomach!

[Game Room]

[Kurt bears an arrogant grin as he overlooks the game room's wide selection and cracks his knuckles.]

Alright! Whose butt wants to be kicked first?

[Balcony]

[At some point in the evening, Kurt will make his way over to the edge of the balcony and pose with his arms spread out.]

I'm the king of the world!!

[The greatest mystery is has he had too much to drink or is this still his normal self.]

Oh. [He responds to that uncertainly. He has no idea what kind of complications those are, but he's not going to try to pry. It sounds very personal, as curious as he is now about this connection between her and Wolverine.

The subject of fun is a lot easier for Kurt. More normal. He digs into it very eagerly!]

Well... I'm like the lord of the dance. The prince of the parties! If that's not fun, what is? [He takes a step closer.] Come on down to the dance floor, and I'll show you what I'm made of!

Right! It is pretty cool, isn't it? [He's sure their worlds are mostly similar anyway, even if some key things didn't quite line up.]

Okay, fine. I guess it's not for everyone! But I did it, and that's what counts!

[Wanda giggles, Kurt's up beat attitude as infectious as ever.]

[Aw, he earned some giggles! Kurt's just glad to entertain.]

Of course! You could definitely say that I'm having a ball! [He looks all too pleased with his joke...]

More or less the same I suppose. This place... I have had little reason to come visit it except for tonight. It's not exactly the kind of place I enjoy spending a lot of time.

Well... Yeah! [He smiles.] They're awesome. They raised me like I was any other child, even though I wasn't their own, as well as being a little bluer than most babies!

I'm glad. It's quite a relief to hear.

[ Raven, he knew, had a hard time of it before she came to him. ]

It was a relief to live through, too! [He adds snarkily.] It... it definitely made it easier to deal with everything I faced outside of my home. [His home life may have been happy, but that's not the whole world.]

Do you mean the people? Or something else?

Well, er, the people mostly! [He shrugs.] You know, a lot of people out there aren't exactly down with the fuzz.

[ It's good to know there weren't major external forces. Though from the way Mystique talked about her children, he did not expect Kurt to be so . . . upbeat. ]

A shame. It's certainly a fascinating mutation. Beautiful, even.
