he is here!

He's in the fleet, but he's not on our ship, Ordis.
And if he sets so much as a toe on the Windrose, I will blow his fucking head off.

[He's pacing now, frenetic and focused inward. Something needs to be done, something has to be done, he needs to find his Operator now]

Stop. [Him being hysterical isn't going to help anything.]

Where is the Operator? Where?? Where has the Operator gone?

Tenno is fine. He is in the armory.
If the Stalker comes here I will personally kill him.
Breathe, Ordis.

[Just words aren't reaching Ordis. She's very cautious about touching people when they're wound up, because she knows how Maine reacted to thinks like that, how she did herself. But something needs to give. Ordis needs a shock to get him out of whatever mental cycle he's in.
Well, he's new to being in a body. Even if he flails, the worst he can do is give her some bruises or a bloody nose. That's basically a Tuesday. She reaches out to grab his chin, firm but without intent to harm, to get him actually focusing on her.]
Look at me, Ordis. Breathe.

his entire world jerks, and there's pressure and he's being moved-
Everything happens too fast, he can't process, and the noise that escapes him is nothing even close to human. Fingers on him, fingers touching ripping hands inside gutting him. Language guttural and hoarse, laughing they're laughing as he's wound into knots and torn apart and they're working deeper, tearing him into so many pieces.
He lashes out violently, it's reactive and instinctive now. It's a defense that he'd never been afforded when he'd been in the liset. But with human limbs it's easier to flail, to try to break away and where is his Operator where is he he's left again he's been abandoned and-]

Ordis.
[Try a different turn. Something that would--that would work on her. She still doesn't know Ordis well enough yet.]
I require your report.

It hits something very deep in his coding though. Buried, destroyed, forgotten, a memento of beforetimes he's no longer able to recall.
His panic doesn't stop, doesn't abate, but at the very least his screaming shifts to actual words, though admittedly they're still almost incomprehensible.]

Continue. I require the full report.
[Please don't hate her for this later, Ordis.]

[Reports and data and it's buzzing everywhere but he can't process like he used to and it's all so very overwhelming.]
The Operator. Ordis needs to find the Operator-

What is the status of our engines, Ordis? You're my pilot. I need your report. Check your controls.
no subject
[Can't feel the integrity, can't feel the systems, has been ripped out and left blind and deaf.]
Connection to main controls has been severed, Ordis cannot confirm the integrity or stabilization of the vessel.

Wrath moves past him with slow care, not touching him, to stand over by the pilot controls.]
I know you can't feel them. But these are the controls and you can see them and touch them. I don't understand them, Ordis. I'm not a pilot. I need your help. Tell me what all of this means. [She taps the control panel with one finger.] Report.

[It's an almost automatic response, but he's not quite focusing all the same.]
Ship functions normal, security breached, Operator at risk.
