meg masters; ota
[of course the very first thing Meg is going to do upon stepping on the Iskaulit is find a steady supply of beer, and the Space Bar is more her speed than the other option. She can usually be found seated in a corner somewhere, unassuming and out of the way, considering she's supposed to be on her best behavior, as boring as that is.
It's very likely she spends most of her time here, rather than anywhere else on the ship, content enough to keep to herself for now]
b. exploradoraing;
[she can't hide in the bar all the time, though, which leads to her simply looking around and generally being nosy. Peeking in places just to see what it's all about. Empty rooms, popping in on people setting up things, it's all fair game. She's bored and staying out of trouble and searching for whatever entertainment she can get. If it's startling people? Oops and oh well]
c. gardens;
[when it's none of the above, she's in the garden. Not because she wants to find some sort of inner peace among the the flowers, but because it's quiet and it's a place no one would really look for her in.
She can be found stretched out on a bench or just on the ground, a book in hand that she picked up from the library. Generally, it's a book on some manner of lore, or . . . romance. The trashier, the better]
wildcard;
[want to run into Meg elsewhere? Go for it! ♥]
a
So, when she spots Meg, she's not actually sure what to do. Go say hello? Stay and wallow in self-pity alone? Either way she's going to be a drunken mess, so... She ends up sitting nearby.]
Hey. You're the one from the network, right?

Well well, if it isn't the cute blonde. Nightingale, right?

You make it sound like that was a rare thing for you.

I was testing the supernatural waters for a reason, sweetheart. [she gestures to herself with the bottle] I'm a demon. We're not known for our heroic qualities.

My best friend at my last interdimensional shithole was a vampire who really, really wanted to be a superhero. A good demon doesn't even sound weird anymore.
no subject
[she scoffs and sets the bottle back down] I'm only kind of good. I just have no reasons to be bad anymore. My missions have been over for a while now.

I mean more . . . the demon I was following, I made his end goal my mission. And then when he died, I moved onto someone else. Did the same thing, until he was locked away. [she shrugs a shoulder] That was a few years ago for me.

Demons are like... Much larger than a human, all black, a dragon-looking face, big horns... Really big forearms, the claws hurt a lot. More or less mindless, as far as I know. I've killed a couple, and they were stupidly strong.

Ours? Directly from Hell. If you torture a human soul down there long enough, bam. It becomes a demon. To put it very, very simply.
no subject
[She sounds hesitant and worried, now. were you tortured a lot, meg :(]
no subject
More or less. I've been a demon for a very long time.
no subject
[too late. now she just sounds sad. :( and tries to think of something to change the subject to.]
In my world... We don't really have a 'hell' anymore, I think.
no subject
[she has never in her life met someone who thought demon backstories were sad. What the heck]
No? It could be there still, for all you know. Not a lot of people know it actually exists where I'm from. Humans as a whole don't know half of what's going on behind the scenes.
