[She's here a little less often (than daily) now that her ship, The Windrose, has some basic equipment, but she still likes to get a more comprehensive workout and it's a better place to find a sparring partner.]

[Kitty has been coming into the library regularly and reading voraciously almost since her arrival. It's only been a few months, but she's already attacked a lot of the physics books in stock. It's hardly her only interest, but it did make sense given the project she and Winn have been working on. She might just be wandering through today looking for anything that fell out of that loosely organized section or just for anything that looks interesting

[What, go to a ship and not scout around to see what's going on in the other nooks and crannies? She likes to know who else is around and maybe get a drink at the bar or take a walk through the garden or maybe, possibly see if there are any foxes around who want to play. If you hear fox baby talk you will tell no one! The faith and meditation aren't so much her thing but it doesn't mean she won't peek in from time to time just to see whose thing it is. This is what happens when curiosity, boredom, and low-level preparedness paranoia combine. Oh! And maybe you made plans to do something and met her here?]

[Where better for a fox girl to be? She's just standing around in the enclosure, looking around. And if anyone's brought their foxes over, they might just suddenly run over to approach her, and... well, it sure looks like they're talking to her.
Weird, right?]
[Interfaith Center]
[So a goddess walks into an interfaith center, and the whole thing catches fire.
Okay, no, not really. But Caster is standing near the entrance, peering in like she's afraid it really will burst into flames if she enters. She has a rather displeased expression on her face, as well.]
"Interfaith"... So those Western gods allow for this sort of thing now? Well, better late than never, I suppose.
[Though as she talks, an ornate round mirror starts floating around her, spinning in circles.]
[Library]
[She can also be found in the library... Sort of. There's an unattended pile of books, with one open. Except periodically, with a shower of golden sparkles, Caster appears out of thin air, turns the page, and then vanishes into nothing again. Needless to say, this is probably strange to watch.]

[Caster is also just going to be exploring to get used to the ship. So, if you have reason to stop a weird-looking fox-girl on platform sandals, then she can be found pretty much anywhere, poking her head into places without a care, occasionally dematerializing to just walk through a wall to see what's on the other side.]

[ Hera has taken quite a liking to meditation since Ahsoka started teaching her how. It's turned into a great way to relax, clear her head, and process her thoughts and feelings. Normally, piloting would be a way for her to do this, but she's not much of a pilot here. Oh, she can drive the ship, within certain parameters, but she has no real control over where they go, she's no longer doing most of the navigational work herself. It's a pretty poor facsimile of what she does back home. Thus, meditation.
Though, she's not the greatest at it, either. Sometimes she cracks an eye open, if someone enters the room or speaks, or just makes a loud noise. She's curious. ]
[ Library ]
[ Hera is the first to admit she's not a big reader. She'd rather be doing, than reading about it. But she needs new things to do with her free time, new ways to get away from an ungrateful crew and her inability to do anything real to help them.
So she starts poking around in the library, unsure what she's looking for, really, just curious. And maybe hoping to find something - anything - that might help her figure out how to get home. ]

[ Much like with books, Hera doesn't usually spend a lot of time hanging around in bars. They can be useful places to meet and do clandestine business, but she's not really the sort to sit around in them drinking just for the heck of it.
But she could stand to get out a bit more, and meet a few more people, so here she is, nursing a beer - nothing very strong, she doesn't like being intoxicated. ]

[ Alistair can deny all he likes, but ultimately, he's a young man with a lot of energy and a mighty need to hit something once in a while. The war games on the toxic moon make for a good diversion, but the discipline of his templar training is something else entirely, and he finds himself in the gym pretty regularly, working through the familiar stances in front of a training dummy (or something similar). Whatever else he has trouble with, sword play has always come easily to him, it's the one thing he knows for a fact he's good at, the one thing he can reasonably be proud of.
It helps, when he feels adrift and out of control. ]

[ When in doubt, or just in need of some entertainment, Alistair hops over to Varric's bar. Naturally. He's not a drunk, by any means, but he knows what taverns are for - socialization. And Alistair likes to socialize! ]

[ Alistair wanders the Iskaulit a lot, finding his own ship too confining and the entertainment on the moon similarly limited. Drag him into the art room to be a life model, mistake him for a bouncer at one of the bars, or ask him to carry a heavy load of planters for the garden. The choice is yours! ]

He got himself a scotch, deciding to spend a little this time, looking around the bar at the full tables and booths and despairing of finding a good place when he spotted Alistair's table. He walked over, waving to get his attention and placing his hand on the back of a chair. ]

[let's be real, here; if Hank isn't on the Blameless or visiting someone on another ship, he can be found here. It isn't strange to find him set up in some table in the corner, deep in a book with another nearby. Most of it is research of some kind, but every so often a title or subject will catch his attention and he'll indulge a little bit.
He always has a notebook at hand, however, and sometimes he'll stop what he's doing to scribble something down, an idle thought or a piece of information he wants to remember. He could do all of this on his device, of course, but - well, old habits die hard and he hasn't quite embraced the technology just yet.

b. gym/obstacle course;
[not nearly as often as the library but still often enough to be considered a routine, Hank can be found in either the gym or the obstacle course - late at night, or very early in the morning, depending upon how you look at the hour. He mostly sticks to the obstacle course to keep himself active, but every so often you might find him in the gym as well, making use of the stronger punching bags.
More often than not at those hours, he's blue and furry, taking advantage of when everyone's asleep to work out. But sometimes he'll wander in without, too, at a normal hour]

[sometimes spending hours cooped up in a lab can have an effect on even the nerdiest of scientists, so Hank is pretty prone to simply wandering around. He can be found wandering through the gardens, hands shoved in his pockets. On the rarer occasion, he can be found in one of the bars . . . usually drinking something without alcohol but sometimes, sometimes he'll have one or two if he's feeling particularly stressed. Or maybe they have plans to do a thing and this is a place where the thing can happen.
In other words, you can find him wherever. Wildcard this option to your heart's content!]

[Considering that Stefan hates the polluted moon, he spends most of his time in the Center. Whether it's refilling tea through magic (thanks Alex and Kotoha!) or leading discussions on faith, he's around more often than normal.
On Thursdays, he'll sit on one of the cushions in the main prayer room and pull out his copy of the Qur'an. Although the passages are in classical Arabic, Stefan reads highlighted passages (and in turn translates them) as if they're no big deal. Mostly because they're not.
On Fridays, however, he hesitates as he stares out at the group of regulars and the newcomers that straggle in. Every Friday, he waits and sees if anyone in this crowd shares his faith, because jumu'ah gains so much more meaning when prayed together. And yet, every Friday, disappointment sets in his face as he realizes that he'll be praying alone again. Catch him before prayer, or after, or well - any time of day, really, he practically lives here now.]
b) Art Studio
[Sometimes, he drops by the studio to check on Alex. Stefan's not much of a painter; he prefers his hand-stitched journals and the power of a pen. So while he waits on Alex, he'll sit in the corner and write.
When he's not writing, though, he'll glance over at someone's painting and murmur,] Hey, that looks pretty good. [Even if, you know, he hadn't meant to interrupt them or say it out loud.]

[In those rare moments that Stefan's not in the Center or Art Studio, he's wandering around. Maybe he's in the community gardens and trying suspiciously hard to avoid one Ino, or maybe he's by the library and checking out that selection of mystery novels he donated a while back.

[While the Blue Fish has exercise equipment, it's not unusual to find Allen in these two sights on a daily basis, training away, on any given day. In fact with the recent departures from the Blue Fish, Allen seems to be found at these locations even more frequently- trying to work out his own feelings with his fists against sandbags. You may also find him on the gymnastic equipment, doing tricks that only an acrobat could pull off. And if he's not there, you might find him in the magic-user room, using the isolated space to try to carefully train with his abilities. Sure, he still can't go all out while in the ship- but it's something]

[And if he's not trying to work out his feelings through violence? He can possibly be found in the fox park, playing with any fox that comes near him like it's the cutest puppy in the world. *^* ]

[It's his parkour course, so yes, he is using it, and often. He rearranges the bits to make it more fiendish, cleans out any safety equipment that might have been left and throws it away. He's either running through the course, rearranging, then running again, or using the open space and mirrors to practice more standard fighting. Expect knives to be thrown in both cases, and illusions to be used; it's practice, after all.
His hours are highly irregular, so at almost any time he can be found there.]
B: Greenhouse
[The greenhouse is probably the warmest place in the fleet, which means Loki likes to hide away there, trying to get rid of the chill he feels that's probably all in his head. Generally, he's hidden among the beds of plants, reading a book, or even catnapping. But if other people aren't around, he actually will tend the plants a bit. It reminds him of Frigga, after all. So there might be a bit of dirt under his fingernails even if he's pretending he wouldn't do a day of work in his life.]
C: Library
[It's a library. Of course he's there. Of course he's reading. And if there are mathematics or physics books, he might be correcting the math or idly adding a few notes and doodles to the margins.]

[Vash for the most part has had his nose buried deep into what happened with the terraformers. Wanting to help in any way he can, however, there is only so much poison one man can stand.
Vash has always been a big fan of finding a spot to sit and enjoy all the green the garden had to offer and a bit of people watching too. Since this recent moon even more so.
Catch him lounging around breathing in deep breaths of clean air.] Ahhh, I'll never take a deep breath of air for granted again.

1) adding the fine details to the painted emblems, or a fresh coat to the exterior,
2) carefully embroidering complex lettering to a tan-coloured sheet beside it,
3) kneeling on one of the pillows in front of it, eyes closed- not praying, exactly, but apparently deep in thought.

Wrath | OTA
[Wrath comes to the Iskaulit as often as her duty and her back problems allow so that she can continue to work on the large mural. It's one of those projects that's never going to be done until she literally runs out of wall. But find her that in the midst of painting, sitting on one of the benches to do some sketching while she mulls things over, or even resting. Every now and then she might even have Kitty's chess set handy, if she's been over to actually meet with someone and decided to stay later.
Officer Snuggles, in his little tactical canine vest, is almost always with her, waiting patiently.]

[Of course, the reason Snuggles is so patient is because if he's good, he gets to go to the fox park! Wrath releases him from his tactical vest, which means he's officially Not Working, and then he'll tear around and have a high old time while she watches or plays with him.]

[ He liked his set up on his own Tourist well enough, but sometimes one just needed a change of scenery. Not to mention it was a good place to come and find sparring partners when he was in the mood. Anyone who wanted to go he was more than happy to take a round with.

[ For all that Kirk enjoy his exercise, and needed to tinker, he loved reading just as much. He was constantly in and out of the library, borrowing and returning books, or even adding to it when he found some interesting volumes planet side. As for himself, he liked to take non-fiction books about people or places, but if those were in short supply he could take a mystery or two. He might even be there very late at night - for his own reasons, of course.

Gardens
[ He recalled Beverly working in the gardens here, trying to start a place to grow herbs and other plants. On a whim he would go to check the progress, but also to enjoy the plants. As much as he did enjoy space and space-ships, he loved a sense of 'earth' too. The garden was a nice place to get a break from metal and systems, to breath something that felt natural even if it was in an unnatural space.
It was also, he found, a good place to meditate when he needed it. He could be found in a modified Lotus-style position, breathing in and out... except when he broke from it it was with a groan and to flop backwards. Clearly, it was not his forte - boredom was ever the enemy for James T. Kirk. ]
Bar
[ He might be a Captain again, but that didn't mean he kept himself locked away on his ship and never had any fun. Where was the best place to mingle - a bar of course! Naturally he showed up there, usually either at the bar itself or at an open table, welcoming any and all who wanted to chat, or play a few bar games. ]

[As time goes on, Erik visits the gardens more and more often, to the point where he's in there every other day. It gives him some respite from the closeness of the walls in the ships, the knowledge that there's no real 'outside', beyond the polluted moon. None of which appeal to him. He can be found sitting amid the greenery with a book in hand, reading in silence. He does glance up from time to time, when others pass by or enter the room.]
ii. gym
[Erik tends to hit the gym in the early hours of the morning, with liberal attention to the things that can be hit. He works the punching bags most out of the equipment; his other training routines are all largely reliant on himself. Push-ups, sit-ups, stretches. All things that can be done without any physical aids besides a floor or wall.
On one morning late in the first week of June, his attention seems to lapse partway through his work on the punching bag. He comes to a halt, staring past it at nothing, before he backs up slowly until he makes contact with the wall. He slides down it to sit, breathing hard. Very odd.]

[ It's not art, exactly. It's schematics; some are rough and others are more refined with sharper lines.
And they vary from lightsaber design, to starfighters - the Eta-2, Delta 7s, to his infamous podracer. That's his latest project and it's splayed out in front of him as if the whole room isn't enough to capture it. Muttering to himself: ]

the gardens
[ Padmé is enjoying seeing some actual greenery outside of her brief visit to the Green Museum during the masquerade. She's walking along the path, occasionally brushing a flower with her fingers or inspecting an unfamiliar herb. Occasionally, she waters a plant or expertly plucks out a weed. It seems to relax her, and she hums softly as she goes. ]

[ It's quiet, intended as a place of refuge and reflection. She's alone right now, trying her hand at meditation. She's sitting cross-legged on one of the cushions and her eyes are closed. But her stiff posture suggests that she's not quite getting the hang of it. ]

[ Padmé is nursing a glass of what seems to be hard liquor. She learned her limits with the liquor early on, so she's only slightly buzzed at most. Anyone joining her will get a slight smile and not much conversation unless they initiate it. ]

Shinji Ikari | one open, one closed.
[Shinji has to break up the monotony of hiding in his room somehow, so he's often hanging around on the Iskaulit. The community garden has to be his favorite place, for all the heat and humidity, which reminds him of Tokyo-3's eternal summer. It's a dose of nostalgia that, believe it or not, doesn't feel totally awful. Anyway, he enjoys tending to the plants, now that he's gotten the hang of it. Sometimes he can be heard murmuring encouraging things to the newest seedlings, or else complimenting the veterans on how much they've grown.
When he isn't in the garden, he can be found sitting on a bench in the atrium, listening to music from a handheld player and watching the other passengers go by. He's a shy person, unwilling to speak unless spoken to, but he might start humming along to a song at random. It sounds like he's a fan of every genre of music, from the genius of classical to more modern stylings.]

[On his birthday, Shinji can't believe anyone gives a shit about him, much less wants to give him a gift. He's already been surprised with and overwhelmed by what Kaworu got for him, and that's only the beginning, it seems. Escorted to the garden, a warm and peaceful place, he glances at Kaworu one more time before taking a deep breath and stepping inside. He's still a bit damp in the eyes, but he searches the premises for...

[Of all people, Asuka should have more than enough reason to curse the day Ikari Shinji was born.]

[She's been invited to the Iskaulit much earlier, but never really gotten around to coming by often. She can see why it's one of Shinji's preferred places-- and a lot of people's, apparently, judging by how well the garden's tended to. Asuka's come prepared with a blanket from her bunk spread out on the ground, and an interesting total of three pilfered dishes and forks, three bottled waters, and something in a plain cardboard box. That something is what she hands over to him.]

[Even before he lifts the flap, she's sure it's not much. He would have done a lot better with the same supplies. Shinji always could make good food out of nothing, spoiling her and Misato with his cooking. But it's a cake, a real cake, with "Happy Birthday, Shinji" written in blue icing across the top. The rest of the frosting, and the cake itself, is white, unadorned except for some attempts at swirls around the edges. She'd had to improvise a bit, or a lot. She doesn't say anything, eyes locked on his expression. She's wearing the sunflower dress he just made for her.]

It's very likely she spends most of her time here, rather than anywhere else on the ship, content enough to keep to herself for now]

[she can't hide in the bar all the time, though, which leads to her simply looking around and generally being nosy. Peeking in places just to see what it's all about. Empty rooms, popping in on people setting up things, it's all fair game. She's bored and staying out of trouble and searching for whatever entertainment she can get. If it's startling people? [when it's none of the above, she's in the garden. Not because she wants to find some sort of inner peace among the the flowers, but because it's quiet and it's a place no one would really look for her in.
She can be found stretched out on a bench or just on the ground, a book in hand that she picked up from the library. Generally, it's a book on some manner of lore, or . . . romance. The trashier, the better]

Felix Harrowgate - ota
While this was true for Felix, he had always carried part of that identity around with him. His magic was a part of him. Something as inextricable as a heartbeat, and although not vital to his ability to function, it certainly felt that way when it wasn't there. While his magic isn't gone, it's inaccessibility makes him feel far more naked than nearly anything this universe or the last has managed to subject him to. It's a lot like missing a limb, or having it tied behind his back. A no amount of struggling can free it.
For the time being, he's avoiding his own ship. The Starstruck is too full of thorns in his current condition. So while he stays with Crowley on the Pathstone, he still needs to spend his time somehow, and that leads him to haunting - a bad choice of words, that - the Iskaulit. He busies himself with some semblance of a routine - straightening and logging books in the library, eating and drinking at Malum, walking in the community garden. None of this changes anything. He's still helpless, and the fantôme is still there, locked up and quiet but waiting. There is nothing else either of them can do, really.
He only deviates from his path a few times. In the meditation room, he sits in trance, back straight and peaceful from the outside. Inside, he circles his mental contsruct while the fantôme hisses it's defiance at him. The city around him is quiet, yielding no more answers to this problem than it has any other time, and Horn Gate still leads no where. But he keeps looking. Keeps hoping.]
