[ It's been a few days, and while she's been asleep, a few strange changes have occurred ... her face and hair a little longer, her body a little more filled out -- so on and so forth. A couple of days is no time at all when you're busy remembering a whole year or two worth of memories!

But tonight is when she suddenly groans and moves to sit up a little, face in her hands for a moment as she rubs her eyes. ... And then she's looking around. ]

... Wait. What?

[ broadcast; ]

[ A somewhat familiar -- but a little older looking -- blonde appears on the network. She takes a moment to fix her hair before she speaks. ]

Well ... hi again, everyone. I guess I'm back now? Super weird, but what else is new, right? -- Did I miss anything exciting?

[ She blinks ... and then starts laughing ]

[ There's a pause, and then ... ]

-- Ohhh. You mean, this? [ She makes a sweeping gesture at her face and body ... ]

[ wtf, he's pretty much only literally hung up with with hiro when ino begins to stir, and tadashi is on his feet in a split second. ]

Hey, you. [ he's... going into full nurse mode, okay, checking her forehead and brushing her hair from her face. ] How are you feeling?

[ She stares blankly for a few worrying seconds, because she's just been somewhere he doesn't exist for a long time, and then ... ]

Tadashi?

[ She reaches up to clutch the sides of his face with her hands. ]

Tadashi! Oh my god.

[ he catches her hands with his, looking amused and a little baffled. sure, he realizes that she seems older, but the implications of that haven't quite caught up to him yet. ]

I'm guessing your head is fine, then. [ amused. ]

[So, here's someone who's been hanging around to look after Ino while she's been asleep. Now that Ino's finally awake, though, she's basically scrambling all over herself to get over to her bedside.]

Ino! You're awake? Are you okay now?! I'm so sorry-!

[ She's still getting her brain in order here, and honestly the furthest thing from her mind is the last few seconds of being awake before she went home. ]

Of course I'm okay ...

[ She blinks a little, looking baffled. ]

[He has to take a moment to figure out how, but - Oh, it hits him!]

[ She looks amused. ]

I went home for a little while. Kind of a relief -- I've been stuck at seventeen for like, six years.

Oh, wow... [It's still so weird, the thought that you just... go home while your body is still physically in the fleet. But whatever, he can think about the scientific explanations and whatnot for that later; Ino's back!]

Congrats, then! Being stuck in a teenager body for years is not something I want to go through.

[Oh thank God. Stefan had been keeping tabs on her, mostly out of guilt - but it figures that she'd wake up when he wasn't around.]

[Vash totally hasn't been hovering like a nervous hen. He knows full well that is Tadashi's job and if something goes wrong he'll let everyone know. So he has not been hovering.

Okay. So he was hovering. Just a little bit. He was worried about his captain. So while he may not be the first, but he pops his head in not long after hearing she was awake.]

Hey! Welcome back, captain! Good to have you back!

[ Her first reaction is to be a little surprised that Vash is still here -- but it's only been a few days, she reminds herself. She's still getting everything sorted out. ]

Hey ... thanks. Sorry about the whole getting knocked out for a few days thing.

[Stuck with him forever. The nightmare is real.

Vash waves her apology off with a friendly smile.]

Hey, don't worry about it. Not like you had a choice in the matter. [Vash's sharp eyes had not missed the subtle changes to Ino. Those that say that time has passed.] Just glad to have you back. I mean, at first we thought you had just gotten hit over the head, but did you end up going home for a bit?
