I don't quite see the importance of sharing the experience with others, personally. [His own enjoyment of his dates is private. Both he and Charles tend to agree on this; indeed, most people in Kyriakos never realised they were together, outside of their teams.]

I get that. I think it's just... New. And it's fine, I don't really have anyone to share it with except Charles, and he seems to take it well enough. [ At least Raven knows - and she's already told Charles just how okay she is with it now. She might not have been, not at first, but now - now she's content. ]

[grandstanding]

You talk to him about it?

... I talk to him about everything.

[grandstanding]

I see. [Regardless of his short answer, he understands. He and Charles have discussed so much, both deep and trivial, that he knows the appeal of being able to share with someone like him. He is surprised that Raven has come this far in so short a time; it sparks some consternation in him, but not much.]

Well, don't discuss this with him yet, but - I suggested to Hank that we should get together for his birthday.

[ There's no real secrets when it comes to her and Charles - not really, and there never had been. The fact is that the only thing she had ever worried about telling him was how uncomfortable she'd been at times, and now that they were working on that... Well, she had no reason to lie. That's just how it was.

Tilting her head, though, her lips turn up into a grin. ]

A surprise for his birthday? I like that.

Not quite. I'm going to tell him before we go. Just contain yourself for a couple of days.

It's come at a good time. We might as well make use of the planet. [Charles loved it here, and in a way, Erik's glad this month has turned out so well for his partner. The birthday itself is almost a footnote. A convenient one, though.]
