Why'd You Kill the Merchant?!
Who: ALL O' Y'ALL
Broadcast: If you want
Action: FRICK YEAH PARTY AT THE JUNKYARD...I mean, Waystation. Junkstation.
When: 10/07 - Event End
It looks more like a junk heap than a waystation, but luckily there aren't any math fetishists to add you to the pile (hopefully). Talk to the scavengers and heed their warnings...if you want. Or perhaps you'll approach a shady individual for purchasing or selling stuff.

[Hank was the type to pick up whatever looked necessary - whether immediately or somewhere down the line, so the waystation drew most of his attention. The shadiness of the whole place did put him a little on edge, but what really got him was the bartering.
He was terrible at it, plain and simple. These people were pros and here he was, unable to be firm enough or whatever else it takes the bargain for a lower price. It doesn't necessarily mean he can't get those lower prices - he just has to be creative about it. At least he's decent at trading some of the stuff he already had]
b. violence, kind of
[unfortunately, not even someone like Hank can out-maneuver some of the downsides of the waystation. He tries to, of course; he isn't one for violence if he can avoid it, and boy does he try. You might catch him side-stepping an attempt and just continuing on his way, for example.
On the other hand, some of the locals are a little more stubborn. Hank tries his best to avoid it all, but - sometimes he just gives him and grabs someone, slamming them against the wall of a stall. He doesn't hurt them, per say - it's more to startle them, especially considering that he's a skinny nerdy guy who doesn't look capable of it.
He sounds more exasperated than annoyed when he addresses them, too. He isn't the greatest at being threatening, either]
I said I wasn't interested.
c. wildcard
[come at me, bros]

She's not looking particularly happy today. Maybe that's why.]

Thank you, Wrath.
[he drops the first man and gives him what looks like a light shove - and he goes tumbling down the way, a good couple of feet] They're persistent today.

[but if he decided to let loose, so to speak - well, he doesn't want to break anyone. That'd be bad]

[She knows how to deal with those, and Hank probably won't like it.]
