[ It's about time. Pheobus' Crow isn't generally one to feel at all claustrophobic but between the strange hair-changing girl and the captain wannabe (though now he supposes he actually is captain, of all the misfortune) he's more than ready to spread his wings and work out the irritable little kinks that have been starting to build in the back of his mind.

The moment they're docked and the main doors open, Crow is gone from the ship and takes to the air. While the mall strip-like areas remain oddly bare and unwelcoming there's at least plenty of room for him to spread his wings and ample space to perch. The courtyard looks nice and all that, but something about having the vacuum of space above his head isn't quite so comforting as an actual roof.

So if you happen to be making your way through the outer ring of the way-station you might just hear the sound of a crow, cawing. Or maybe you're just crazy. Birds in space? Pshaw. ]

Who is he? ...Are you his pet or something?

I was, once. A long time ago when such stories still mattered. [ Phoebus Apollo hadn't become a Fairy Tale like him; couldn't. The divine couldn't be given mortal form the way belief could be and thus he'd lost his fictional Master the moment he'd come into existence. ]

[that is so the look on his face as he very briefly considers the possible consequences of his actions... and totally disregards them.]

He's tall, wears a lot of black. His hair matches it, save for a little bit of white in his bangs. He can be quite obnoxious.

Oh, that fellow. The coward. [ SORRY ROBIN HE CALLS IT AS HE SEES IT you let a little birb like him ruffle your feathers just by existing. ]

[oh god no... oh he can't...

this hits him as the absolute funniest thing in the entire world, and he has to brace a hand on his knee as he doubles over laughing.

[ Phoebus' Crow feels like he is missing something here...but obviously this guy seems to know the other. And all the laughing he's doing is showing off some miiiighty strange-looking pearly whites.

Yeah he thinks he's going to stay up here for now. ]

I wouldn't call it much of a meeting. He spoke to me, glared some, and then toddled off in a huff.

[his teeth are just a little weaponous. it's probably not for eating crows.]

[ Probably is not promising!! ]

Not particularly. I didn't see the point in talking to someone so childish.

Talk to him next time. Follow him around a bit.

Oh? Then we have something in common. [ Sending a word or two Grumpy's way can't hurt. It's not as if he can be reached up in the rafters anyway and the guy did hurry out pretty quick. Tek's got him kind of curious to see what sort of reaction he'll get. ]

You most certainly can inquiry as such; I am not in a position to stop you. [ Being a smart ass, however... ]

But I am not special in terms of mimicking human speech. Plenty of fowl are capable of such feats.

There are precious few of us, then. [ There's a couple other bird-like Tales, but he isn't about to list them all off. He's not even sure how many are still around anymore anyway. ]
