Sylvari are strange here, that's the thing. This planet has only ever had humans in it.

So if they see someone who looks really different from them, like a monster, or an elf, or something like you... They're going to be so astonished that they might get scared, and that would be bad.

Mesmer illusions have butterflies! They're small and purple, and you can see them before any change happens. Or after they break a clone or illusion, there is a bunch of butterflies for a bit.
