Who: Everyone!
Broadcast: Sure!
Action: The wonderful world of Mor, nearby way-stations, and ships!
When: The first week or so of arrival
[this is it-- Atroma's surprise vacation stay for you all! it's time to explore, speculate, relax, and totally behave yourselves. right?
how are you all dealing with the ever-so-educational volcano? have you played around with the visual toggle on those collars yet? aren't they cool? aren't these peasant clothes rad? if you haven't had a decent meal since Abeo, maybe you could afford some of that authentic farm-raised meat they have here. historical!
I bet you're all excited and completely thrilled to be here! who wouldn't be? ...so, make some discoveries, make some friends, and have fun!]

Must you make a nuisance of yourself everywhere you go?
no subject
I was going to handle that!

[ He bites into his apple, plain as day and giving the shopkeep an utterly innocent look. ]
That guy's a huge grouch. I knew what I was doing.

Who says I wasn't going to?
no subject
[He hugs his chest, bending one arm at the elbow to gesture slightly.] Of course, it's only as a... reparation. He was harassing you.
["Harassing" aka "yelling at someone who stole his product"]
no subject
Well, first if I was going to do that he'd have to be distracted.
no subject
[But if he takes issue with it, it doesn't show. Spinning on his heel, he marches back to the fruit stall, slamming his hands down on the counter and shoving his face forward.]
I demand my money back. That young fool says he paid for that damn apple, you cheating whelp!
[And so it continues, a perfect display of a nobleman's tirade against the working class. Insults are thrown between the two, voices escalating loud enough to draw attention from the neighboring stands. People murmur, glance away, and all the time Mattias scolds and yells, sneer and quips at the inefficiency of the Shopkeeper's business.
It's as good a distraction as any.]

After a moment, the child disappears and Aaron's back where he was... with another apple... now just watching Mattias' performance. Bravo, good sir. ]
no subject
Let's go.
[It's still part of the act, though he leans in slightly to whisper.] Do try to be inconspicuous.
[And with that, he's leading them away, winding through the market and slipping into a quiet alley, fully assuming Aaron's behind him.] I'm assuming you got it?
no subject
Would I have come back if I hadn't? [ He holds up the pouch, then tosses it lightly at Mattias. ] Heads up.
no subject
One for you. [He pockets another pile.] One for me. [And deposits the rest back in the purse, twirling it around his finger.] And may he find the rest on his way back from work.
[Just like that, he slings the bag out of the alleyway and into the street beside it.]
no subject
You know that's probably going to get stolen in five minutes, right?
no subject
[With that settled, Mattias pushes off the wall, dusting his hands, glancing at the bag but not inquiring about it. The less he knows, the better.]
Well then, shall we go?
