[Shirley's checking out some vegetables nearby when she hears Aaron nearby, and his questions catch her attention. Is he pretending, or does he really not know how shopping works...?

Either way, she hasn't picked out anything yet so she heads over to where Aaron is and tries to pass the shopkeeper some change.]

Ahem. Aaron looks startled at the offer and gives her a rather confused and put-out look while the shopkeep merely snatches the change and makes a large shooing gesture to Aaron and Shirley both. ]

You didn't have to do that.

[Shirley leaves as obliged with a nod to the shopkeeper, although she keeps facing Aaron's direction so she can properly respond to him.]

He had to get his payment somehow, and I didn't know if you had the money.

[ Aaron's pretty ready to follow Shirley now that his entertainment with the shopkeeper is done and gone. ]
