I've been feeling a little left out with all you guys getting presents and fun rumors. Which is why I thought I'd add some of my own. Ahem.

[ Yuri dramatically clears his throat. ]

That should cover it. I guess now I have to do the requisite log off and hiding in my room in shame.

[ He has a feeling Doudanuki is a fighter of some sort. Not sure what he meant by being a sword though. ]

...What do you mean specialty? Like what I'm good at?

Guess that'd be war then. Or slashing things. Unless you mean a special feat, then that'd be when I cut a steel helmet when no one else could.

I'd ask for a match if I still had my sword.

Ah right. You guys don't keep your weapons, huh?

[He always forgets that since he had to come with his or, you know, he'd die.]

So you're a swordsman. What kind of sword do you use?

Nothing special. I can use swords, blades, daggers and axes.

[ He's also ambidextrous. ]

That's a pretty wide range. What's it like to use an axe? That's not something I've seen used in a battle before.

It's a little more on the heavy side, but your strikes really count. If you use it well, your fight can be over in seconds.

[He knows that the point of fighting is winning, but having a fight be over in seconds is just...not fun?]

Yeah but you don't want it to end too fast. Where's the fun in that?

It depends on the kind of fight you're in.

[Oh right, this guy has terrible luck.]

Close. My world is full of monsters. Sometimes, we don't have the luxury of a long fight.

[ Or they'd be dead. ]

[He got a taste of monsters from the water world and he's all for them, but only one or three at a time. They're like fighting the Keibiishi, but not as...intelligent? There was something super off about those demons.]

Ah, I get you. Be interestin' to fight with an axe though. I got my troops now, and my sword, but an axe? That'd be fun to see in action.

If I ever find one, I'll show you sometime. My treat.

Uh, a couple elves I met here - Maglor and his brother Maedhros. I commission 'em when I need my vessel repaired, but I gotta be careful since we don't have a forge on ship.

I'm surprised there's any place to do that kind of work here.

[ In an enclosed area, floating in space . . . it doesn't seem like the smartest idea. ]

Only time I've seen it was when we stopped at a planet. They had some mining planets so we could grab the ore. I gave as much as I could to them to hold onto for me in case I got close to breaking.

Hmm. Looks like I'll have to buy one from somewhere.

Yeah. Dunno what places sell weapons, but there have to be some, right?
