Who: Baku (
dreamvour) & Castiel (
angelofthevored) , and all of the Fleet
Broadcast: N/A
Action: Within dreams
When: Over the span of the next two weeks
[If your character dreams, they may be visited by either Baku or Castiel within the next two weeks. They'd appear suddenly in their dream or, if no dream is available, they might pull up a neutral space for your character to ease into before talking to them.
They're not here to intrude; just to ask permission. Permission to share a memory. If your character has defenses against spiritual/psychic intrusion, they'll take that as a no and leave unless they're responded to.
If you would like your character to just experience the memory (from Castiel's perspective) without threading out the interaction, please feel free to have them acquire this knowledge. If you would like to thread with either Baku or Castiel, please indicate in the subject line if you have a preference.
NEUTRAL SPACES: White Room | Fishing Dock | Bamboo Forest
NOTE: If your character accepts the memory, they will have lingering feelings of dread, much like what people experience upon death revival/tampering with the augment.]

whoever you guys like
She's running, and there's the sense that it is both away from things chasing her and toward something - someone she is desperate to get to. The surface is unearthly, the colors are washed out in shades of gray. It looks like a moon... but there is also a full moon in the sky, ominously close and shaded red. There is the sound of combat all around as she runs through narrow streets. ]

Baku is stood at the opposite end, arms crossed as she waits for the girl to notice the dream has changed, ever patient. When she finally does, Baku inclines her head and offers what she hopes is a friendly smile]

Either! (if newbies are okay?) His soul is somewhat tainted by evil if that's an issue
The wreckage of a plane is perfectly visible some feet off in the distance, flames flickering merrily with no sign of dying and every detail lovingly rendered to the point that should one stare long enough, the blue-print for the very aircraft will overlay the imagery, neatly labeling every piece. Apart from that, Flug stands at a work table in a sterile white lab, not unlike the neutral room already.
His mind is unfocused. The device he is working on keeps changing every time he sets it down and rather than being surrounded by equipment, his tools only appear the moment he reaches for them and vanish the next. Flug pauses suddenly, the creases in his bag shifting to imply a frown. Setting the device down, he peers around in the distance; surroundings blurring as his brain struggles to compensate for what he cannot fathom.]
“..Boss?”
[He is far from lucid, but when you're around otherworldly influences as often as Flug, even your subconscious learns to roll with it.]
Newbies are ok!
Not that Cas is any better what with his bouts of arrogance and megalomania, mind you, but like the sadism? Bad aftertaste.
Still, he didn't come here to judge (though that's like the first thing he did after entering Flug's mind but whatever, whatever. He clears his throat from behind Flug to get his attention.] No. Just me.

Whichever is great with me!
Here, though he wakes at nothing half a dozen times a night, there's less to keep his body from calling in the years of sleep debt. His dreams are still nothing of consequence, usually-- more nightmare than not but most of the memories barely faze him, only the most recent ones.
Tonight it's nothing so dramatic. He's aimlessly wandering through a labyrinth of hallways, vaguely claustrophobic and quiet-- sometimes they look faintly like the ships of the Fleet; sometimes it's a grimy, neglected concrete prison; now, sterile but deserted rooms open up into a wide chamber, all the computer screens dark and indistinct, though the room is lit faintly by an eerie blue glow.
Daryl drifts aimlessly at the margins of the room, only vaguely becoming half-aware that something unusual is going on... ]
no subject
A small, Japanese girl peeks her head in through the door, glancing around before she spots Daryl, and as she steps through properly the screens flicker again before they show her forest, a "door" set in the center looking into the room they're in right now]
Ah - excuse me for interrupting. Would like to take a break from your wandering? I need to speak with you.

Either or both!
Well, she's sleeping, but for the purposes of this dream, she's walking.
Always walking even as the scenery around her may shift. It starts as a beautiful day in a park. There's some inference of city all around, but nothing is really in focus except what she is looking at directly—the path ahead of her. Everything begins lush and vibrant. There are flowers and fluffy clouds and then everything starts to dim. She keeps walking as if not noticing how it all changes to ash and rubble around her. It's the remains of a battlefield, deeply scared by the powerful people who waged the war. There are still waning embers burning themselves out providing the only color to the landscape now.
And still she walks, intent on getting to the next thing, whatever the next thing may be.]

... Still, she's not so deeply immersed in her dreaming to not notice the presense of someone trespassing while she's in this state. It's an unusual sensation for her, and while the room that suddenly forms at the sensation of the intrusion is a clearly neutral space meant to keep prying eyes away, it is heavily tinted purple with trails of shimmering golden sparkles floating in the air.
She's not visible at first, though she's... observing. From somewhere. ]
... What purpose brings you here?
[ Her tone is even, as much as she is wary. Poking about in other people's heads, certainly that was what she did. Having someone do it to her was... something else. ]

Baku because they talked about it, but Cas is welcome
Then there's a <a=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=erdd1a20lwm>roar. It sends miner's picks through his skull and twists and in the agony, something that almost sounds like words can be heard. But the harder he tries to concentrate on those words, the worse the pain-and then the roar stops. All at once, the darkness parts, it's oppressive weight falling away to reveal a set of sharp teeth only a few feet from his face. Black blood drips from the dragon's jaw and hot breath that smells of rot and death rushes into his face.
There's terror running through him, as much terror as he feels an awed respect at the might of the ancient creature before him and, despite it all, he reaches out, involuntarily taking a step forward as he reaches to touch the black and poisoned blood dripping from the dragon's chin. He's going to drink it. He hates it, feels disgust, but he knows he's going to do it even as the first bit of the Tainted blood touches his fingertips.]
hello hello~
The blood in Anders' fingertips suddenly fizzles out of existence, and it's as if the entire dream is paused. Baku steps in from the darkness and gives the dragon a dirty look before she address Anders, looking up at him]
I'm sorry I can't eat this dream tonight. [is her offered greeting, arms crossing] Hello again.

Either or both! | Fishing Dock
It's quiet, serene and he's certainly more at peace now than he's been in quite a while.
Perfect for dream-hopping.]
no subject
For a second he sees Dean.
And then he pushes past it, walking past the dock over to the stranger on the end, opting to stand instead of sit beside him. If it were Dean, he'd probably sit. It's definitely a better idea to stand. Probably.]

Cas, definitely, but both are welcome
Visitors will be met with stark white surroundings. Ominous and foreboding. Soon they'll hear what sounds like someone eating. Hungrily and desperately. Then they'll see her. Velvet, her claw out, covered in blood and a dead child next to her as she continues to eat. When she sees what she's done she freaks out, cowering away and apologizing.
That's when a tall man appears. Elegantly dressed and calm--too calm--telling her it's all right. If she's hungry it's reasonable to eat her brother. He encourages her to continue, which causes her to scream.
(it's basically the dream seen here: 1:42-2:24)
Welcome to the mind of a daemon. This is why she doesn't sleep much.]
no subject
Whatever the reason, there's a flash of silver as he throws his angel blade right through the man. It doesn't do much; just dissipates the image like smoke as his sword clatters somewhere else to vanish later, but at least he's gone. Dickhead, as Dean would call him.
He turns his attention instead to the demon, still huddled in on herself.] He's gone. [Though the half-mangled body of her brother is still there. Cas can't do anything about that.]

Whoever breaches his mind will find the fishing dock empty, however, not a soul in sight. There's something under the dark depths of the water that sort of feels like him, waiting to be coaxed out.]
IT'S ME, YA BOY
Castiel walks to the end of the dock curiously, peering into the water; there's something there, is the mortal swimming? But he doesn't see anything. Perhaps some kind of merfolk? ...did he hop into the wrong dream...] Come out, please. I mean you no harm.

[Every time he picks up the next item he needs to sharpen his blade it seems to vanish right out of his hand. Not that this seems to bother him at all. He just goes back to searching for it in that dream like logic that says items are suppose to just randomly vanish like that.] Where did I put it?

Baku picks up an item the next time Manji reaches for one, holding it out to him with a curious look] Here you go. You should be careful not to misplace them.
