Oh, hello. I think I've done this thing right.

[A youngish red head was looking around herself, the interior of the ship clear in the background. She's in some hallways somewhere.]

Well, this is a bit sad to say but, can anyone direct me to the labs? Sorry, I should introduce myself first. Lily Evans here, I guess I'm your new lab support personnel. Blimey if I know what all that entails but, I was always a fair hand at potions.

Right, well then if anyone could be so kind, pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Yeah. He is. His name is Stiles. He's... actually I don't know what he does on the ship.

A man of mystery, something to be said for that.

What do you do here? If I can ask.

Mystery. Sure.

I have a security augment. Basically I shoot things when they need to be shot.

Is it safe? Using a gun on a space ship?

Well, probably not, no. Though we have ships guns I can—and have—used.

I suppose you all have that worked out already. I'm still unsure about the idea of a ship in space. I know they can be real but it just seems a bit...out there.

I'm with you on that one. I kind of hate it.

[gifted_witch]

Glad it's not just me, I feel more at home with real ground beneath my feet.

I spent most of my time in the woods at home. I miss dirt.

There was an amazing forest behind my school, had everything I could imagine and somethings I couldn't, in it.

I went to school in a real castle, bit odd because, well it was filled with magic. I know it sounds daft but I swear it's true.

It's okay. I've seen some things...

[She wasn't going to challenge, but something in the way the woman spoke made her want to ask more.]

Very much, it's completely mad, and free and wonderful. My friend Sev, [and there was a pang of regret, old wounds still hadn't healed.] I had a friend who had told me what it would be like and it all sounded impossible But when I got there it was all true. Magic and creatures and feasts and possibility!

Underfunded.

Seems you ended up well despite that.

I think that depends on who you ask. But yeah, I've done okay. Whether it was because of or in spite of myself, I don't know.

Anyway, do you have your quarters yet?

Yes, those I found. I spent a good deal of time resting and getting my mind settled.

Who else have you met on the ship?

I ran into the Captain and a fellow named Tyrion.

Furiosa is pretty great. Tyrion... likes to tease.

She seems to be, after that first moment. She makes an impressive figure. [She grinned about Tyrion.] He's up against stiff competition, James Potter takes great personal joy in making my life misery and he's in the fleet as well.
