[It's your average day on the Iskaulit. Absolutely nothing seems out of place initially, but without any warning- you might find yourself or your friends experiencing some problems. What's up on that?

[Misty squats beside Castle and slides her hands under one side.]

All right, on three... one... two... three!

[She pushes with all her might which... turns out to be more than she expected. A lot more. Enough that she very well could send him flying, unless the gravity counteracts her enough.]

[Misty squats by him again, then, with some effort - but much less than what it should have normally taken - slides her hands under his back and legs.]

Can you lift your arms at all? If you can, I want you to put them around my shoulders.

[Once he's secure she slowly tries to pick him up. It's a struggle, but she does it. They must make quite a funny sight right now, if anyone could see them.]

Really, it's an impressive feat of stength, lifting a helpless old man like me.

[Experimentally, she lifts him a little higher, then back down again, like a really awkward dumbbell.]
