Iskaulit Mingle - Problems with Psychics
Who: Anyone on the Iskaulit!
Broadcast: If you'd like?!
Action: Iskaulit!
When: Today, as Sora's augment glitch starts.
[It's your average day on the Iskaulit. Absolutely nothing seems out of place initially, but without any warning- you might find yourself or your friends experiencing some problems. What's up on that?
In other words, it's an Iskaulit mingle with a twist! Come on in everyone! You don't need to interact with Sora to have it effect you, so feel free to start your own threadstarter! Or talk to Sora, that's cool too. ]

Clay keeps turning into a lion.
no subject
That's... an unusual power.
[Is that a shapeshifting thing, or an illusion thing, or do they actually have a lion in the fleet, what the heck.]
Wait, is he acting like a lion, then?
no subject
[Right, sure.]
No, thank God. He's so bad at it he can't even figure out how to walk like one.
no subject
I... think you'd be better served by asking the talking horses. I doubt even Dezel knows much about walking on all fours.
no subject
But don't lions eat ponies? Do you think they'd want to help? They already freak out a lot about humans eating meat, and we're omnivores.
no subject
[All the talking animals he knows are pretty damned zen, so.]
no subject
Well, as long as it could help Clay...
[That's what matters to Allen]
no subject
[Logic! It's so sensible! Fear it.]
no subject
[Logic has no place in Ponyville get out of here you dirty wind seraph]
no subject
also wtf is a party cannon]
So... is he not able to change back on his own, then?
no subject
Well he can, in theory.
It's just it takes channeling and focus, and well...he's new to magic, and staying focused isn't exactly his best ability.
no subject
[AKA this is literally the worst.]
no subject
You think so?
no subject
[They've looped back around, and he's not missing the opportunity.]
no subject
It's because my Innocence is my arm.
no subject
[That is definitely not the response he'd expected. Someone had been too busy being a dragon/dead to hear about that.]
Is that normal where you're from?
no subject
... Do you mean Innocence or disabled people?
no subject
...I mean, Innocence taking the place of a body part...
no subject
Not really. Most Innocence comes in the form of "Equipment type". That means it forges into special weapon an Exorcist can wield, like ... a magic hammer, for example.
I'm a Parasite-type, that means my Innocence is connected to my body. We're the rarest type...or were, rather. In my case, my Innocence acts as my arm when I'm not using it, since I... well. [obviously lack one]
no subject
[It's probably rude to pull his notebook out and write this down... he'll refrain for now. Committing it to memory, though. It's very cool.]
Innocence is pretty versatile, isn't it? Are those the only two types, or are there more?
no subject
There's three types, actually. The last is Crystal-Type, it's like a cross of the two other types. It's forged into a special weapon, but they use their blood to do it.
[...Yeah. It's gross.]
no subject
Isn't that dangerous?
[Blood is kind of important!!]
no subject
Probably. Your resolve has to be very strong to wield that type, so only a couple Exorcists ever have.
no subject
[About as much as anything Exorcist-related can be understood for someone not involved, anyway.]
Is there anything you need help with while your Innocence is missing?
[The question is asked a bit more carefully this time; after Allen's surprising response when it was brought up before, he'd rather not cause offense.]
no subject
[It's instant, as if it's a defensive reflex more than anything else. And he seems to notice that, as he eases up a second later and tries again]
...Thank you, but I'm alright. I know how to function with one arm.
