Iskaulit Mingle - Problems with Psychics
Who: Anyone on the Iskaulit!
Broadcast: If you'd like?!
Action: Iskaulit!
When: Today, as Sora's augment glitch starts.
[It's your average day on the Iskaulit. Absolutely nothing seems out of place initially, but without any warning- you might find yourself or your friends experiencing some problems. What's up on that?
In other words, it's an Iskaulit mingle with a twist! Come on in everyone! You don't need to interact with Sora to have it effect you, so feel free to start your own threadstarter! Or talk to Sora, that's cool too. ]

...know her by name and still be friendly about it, anyway.]
I can't have been here for a year! I've got places to be! Debts to pay! [Ships to return to crews!] How do I get home?
no subject
[He scratches at his head before answering her question. How was he suppose to answer that without sounding more insane?] Well, you kind of have to win this show. No one really knows how.
Oh man, this really isn't sounding any better. Wait!! I know! [Vash will reach into his pocket and pull out his communicator.]
Here! Give me a second! I'm sure you're recorded somewhere on here talking to one of your crew members! Then you'll see that you have been here before and I'm not just some crazy guy who works in your kitchen!
[As crazy at least.]
no subject
...yeah, okay. A recording.]
I don't have a crew. [Just putting that out there. Automatically.]
no subject
He plays with the communicator for a little bit and Nami may hear a jingle play after a couple moments.] No, no. That one probably isn't a good one. Back a bit further maybe? [He finally settles on an entry.] Oh, I think this was after Robin left. It's not very happy, but look, see? This was a couple months ago now. You really have been here.
[He offers the communicator out. Happy to keep holding it, but clearly offering her to take it if she wants a better look.]
no subject
She sees the flash of distinctive orange hair, anyway, and her uncertainty only grows.]
...a year?
no subject
But ah, you run and own that bar back there. You captain one of the ships, but ah, I wouldn't really worry too much about that. People around here understand these glitches sometimes happen and they never last more than a few days.
[Normally.]
no subject
What kind of ship is it? Marine? Pirate? Or don't those qualifications matter up here?
no subject
At least, I assume so, I don't really have much in the way of boating experience.
no subject
And I captain one of them. Why?
no subject
You seem really good at it though! Are you a captain back home?
no subject
[The hell. I mean she's more qualified than some, sure thing, but--]
No. I'm a navigator. The only time I ever captain is when I sail on my own. [SO BY DEFAULT, THEN.]
no subject
[Once more Vash shrugs a bit helplessly.] Well then, I'd say give it two, three weeks and if you still don't want to be captain fill out the paperwork and they'll transfer the title to someone else. Technically that means you have to give up the bigger bedroom of course.
no subject
[She points at the shuttles taking up this massive space.] Those are ships, right? [There's a niggling sense of familiarity-- like she knows them.]
no subject
Yup, they're the ships alright. [He points out one of the bigger ships.] That one there? That's your ship.
no subject
Okay. Fine. Taking a breath.]
Right. Thanks for the help. I'm out.
[MARCHIN' OFF TO HER SHUTTLE NOW. Without her backpack again, what a shock.]
no subject
[Vash isn't too worried. Her augment should teach her how to handle the shuttles and he's pretty sure her senses will come back. The fleet won't let her go too far without teleporting her back.]
1/4
no subject
of course, any version of her has got to have good taste in fashion and maybe a wad of money stuffed away in there--]
no subject
Stomping back up to Vash right up in his personal space to glare!! HAH!!]
no subject
It's a ship. How hard could it be?
no subject
Well, the Nami I know is pretty good at flying them, but not sure how you are with flying something where it can go in any direction. Left, right, forward, backwards, up, down, diagonal. I mean, there is no real up or down in space. You just kind of float.
[He's not trying to scare her completely, but give her a healthy dose of cation.]
no subject
It's fine. I'll work it out. [Besides, she knows where to go!
...down. B|]
no subject
[Besides being confused, lost, and possibly terrified he thinks she should be fine. He's not about to lock her into a closet or anything until this runs it's course after all.]
no subject
but I also just want to get home, so ill-advised trips ahoy /o/ she waves and takes off.
Don't sweat it. She'll slink back into the bar an hour later and go back to work as if nothing happened. >_>]
no subject
So, how'd it go?
