The scene switching back to the small theater caught him off guard.]
Steven, you okay?
[Hux questioningly called out. He still wasn't sure if he should interrupt the other, but he seemed aware that Hux had seen that memory.]

[He turns, a practiced smile on his face] But it's not so different from normal. [He stands up, facing Hux as he looks at where the reel had been]
He's here. Bucky. Doesn't remember me, but he's here.
[He scrubs a hand over his face and exhales]
I'll warn you now... There's worse memories than that in here. That is one of the better ones.

[He hesitantly asked. He wasn't sure what to expect. He decided to reach for the film reel that was cleaner.]

[As it is, he grabs the cleaner reel and the same sepia light flows in, changing the scene once more. It spreads, covering everything like a flickering fog until, finally, Steve is there, the room changing into a bar but a strangely empty one despite the faraway tinkle of a piano playing and the ghost-like drinking songs sung by invisible men. Steve's bigger, now. More like what he looks like now. Bucky is at his side.
Smaller Steve smiles as he watches it, but it is a sad, wistful smile. One that wishes desperately for things to turn out different than the way they do.
Once the scene ends and they are back in the theater, the film reel suddenly turns cold but doesn't disappear. There was still more to see if Hux kept holding it.]
Still...that is one of the better ones, still.

They were both important people to Steven. But it also seemed something happened to them, the way that Steven appeared to be sad over the thoughts. He did recall that something happened between Steven and Bucky but he knew nothing about the woman either. Maybe something else would be revealed.]

When the scene ended, Steve was small again, looking down at the floor. ]
