002. ☾ First contact { Action }
Who: Cecil and you!
Broadcast: N/A
Action: Planet, around!
When: October 24th, night
[ After sifting through the changes made to the ship with the disappearance of some of the crew, as well as making sure their newest addition settled in all right, Cecil is a little late making it out to explore the planet they've landed on. That said, she's not sure how it is that she managed to attract such a crowd of natives, much less how they managed to keep her busy with being led around their quaint, dusty home all day. One thing just led to another and she's been sight-seeing and answering an awful lot of questions about herself.
It's now nighttime, she's unwittingly tried enough lighter fluid-flavored liquor to render her a little drunk, and it seems her small following is leading her inside the brothel next. It's unclear whether or not she realizes where they're going, but she's also got a handful of those red stones and she's in a pretty good mood, so she's content to be led along.
Honestly, it's been a trying past couple weeks and she needed this chance to unwind, really. Maybe not quite this much, but beggars can't be choosers. ]

THE NEXT MORNING - Action
Here.

That, and, well, she can't focus long enough to cast any spell while the room is still kind of spinning, her head is pounding, and it's a struggle just to stop herself from focusing on the telltale sensation of damaged nerves.
This is a morning where she remembers why she's never liked drinking much.
When she hears someone else in the dining area, she presumes it's Makoto, but she doesn't lift her head to verify, so when there's a soft clatter of a plate touching down in front of her on the table and the voice she hears is actually Kaneis', she's obviously taken by surprised. She straightens up, then looks down at the plate with a little bit of confusion. Did he really do this? For her? ]
Ah— thank you... This is kind of you.
no subject
What can I say? I know the walk of regret. Done it many times myself.
no subject
I usually don't do it at all and suddenly I remember why that is.
no subject
Yeah, that...sounds about right.
[He gives a little shrug]
You at least have a good time of it? Er, if you can remember it anyway.

Heeeey, what's the party for?
[also, drunk. he smells like a bar.]

As if to prove that, Cecil stumbles off to the side, grabbing hold of him so she keeps her balance. She frowns tightly at Robin and tries to punch him lightly in the arm for that. While still holding her pretty rock gifts. Yes, it hurts and she winces. ]

[depending on how drunk she is, she may or may not notice that Robin's eyes are a lot sharper than his bodily movements--he looks at several people in the crowd around her, trying to decide if he should drag her away from them, all while keeping that stupid tipsy look on his face.]

[he grins and gravitates in her direction--his automatic reaction when he spots a face that he recognizes through the intoxicated haze.
...and it's only a delayed moment or two after that, as he gets close, that where the hell he knows her from finally clicks. along with remembering the fact that he's on some weird planet and that recognizing someone should make absolutely no sense at all. his eyes widen suddenly with the shock of it.]
