[ the music fades almost immediately, the lights stop flickering and Isaac looks out across the room from her. but there's the lingering smell of perfume on the air, of heat and sweat, a night spend dancing close to someone he loved. ]

It was just a rave. [ he shrugs, stretching his legs out in front of him. ] Guess you didn't have those where you are from, huh?

[ he's subdued, not sharp and sarcastic like he might have been had they met outside of this room. ] Being on a spaceship is pretty invasive. And your Stiles's ... whatever. So. I guess you're safe.

We definitely don't have raves where I'm from. Maybe in the Capitol, but not in District 12.

[ he pushes himself up from the corner and moves to pick up a scarf that sits on a pile of clothes he's left out. he toys with it for a few moments. ]

There are districts? I mean if they have parties one place, you'd think they'd have them at another. [ a shrug and he holds out the scarf to her. ] You should wear this. Stiles would like it. [ there's sarcasm in his voice when he says it, and she'll see the first part of this memory ]

[ but she does take the scarf and watches the memory. it makes her smile ]
