[[OOC:

Nami
[Nami has barely ventured out on the moon at all; between the toxic air and the frustrating knowledge she could probably help at least temporarily if she had the damn climatact-- oh, and that pesky two week coma and all-- she's more played the waiting game and stayed on ship and spent a lot of quality time on the Iskaulit instead.
But this is a party. And she'd never turn down a party.
She arrives in a flowing, dark dress with lace trim and a glittering purple and gold mask, sweeping immediately across the floor toward the wine and then mingling with the guests, glass in hand, and divides her time between catching up with people she knows and flirting lightly with the locals. If she chooses ones that seem wealthier than others, that's purely coincidence. Shh.
It's pretty obvious it's Nami despite the mask. That orange hair is a little hard to miss.]
MUSEUM:
[It's sad that such beautiful plant life has to be considered a museum, but that doesn't make it any less soothing. When she tires of the party and wants to take a break where it's quieter, she can be found here, mask perched on the crown of her hair so she can get a better look at the leaves and flowers, taking note of how they're maintained.
This moon must have been so gorgeous once.]
((ooc: overflow comment from here! New taggers welcome; I'll do my best to not vanish this time))
FDR
[The spin is a little unexpected but in a fun kind of way. She's already grinning a little as he pulls her back against him, following his lead with grace.] You've been to these kinds of things before, I see.
Wanda
[She straightens.] I wish I could help clear the air here.

You are not the only one. There are several in the fleet who wish very much the same.

One of them, at least. It seems there are other versions of Earth out there. Some of them that I have been told look much like this moon.
no subject
I hope not. You'd hope some would have the knowhow to turn it back around.
no subject
Perhaps. There is always hope. There are plenty of very intelligent people back home that I doubt would simply sit back and let it happen.

Remy
Once at a palace, formal occasion. So...I don't know. Enough to know I like them.
no subject
Formal dancin' got it's place, [Remy kept going, pushing past his previous comment.] But oui, gotta say, do like a bit more 'nformal type. Though I do a mean waltz, if I say so m'self.
no subject
You're certainly better at it than a lot of people I see here. Though in fairness, there's a lot of places out there the waltz probably doesn't even exist.
So you know what I do for a living. How about you? [Let's be fair, here.]

And that question, it was always a tough one back home, typically answered with the normal line of 'security'. It wasn't a lie, most just assumed it was on the side of helping secure things, not take them. Yet considering where he was, who he was talking to, Remy didn't have to do it. The main question however, how much to play it up? Saying a thief didn't really suit, not quite. A typical thief broke into homes, stole tvs, picked pockets, small stuff. Prince of Thieves also was a bit too much, truth or not.] 'm a master thief.
no subject
[She keeps step with ease, shifting her hand on his arm just a little higher.] Do you have a specialty, master thief?
no subject
I'm... [How to put this?] More towards a jack of all trades, master of none, at least compared to others I have worked with. [Remy's brother had a brilliant mind when it came to working out a plan, his cousin Lapin a computer and technology genius in ways Remy didn't even bother to try and understand.] Some might say I specialize in pullin' it off when things just go to hell.

ME
[With that comment about pirating, Kurt jokingly pats at his pockets just to make sure.]
Well, that's good to hear! I'm having a great time, too. Some drinking, some dancing... Now this is a party! [He even sways a little to the music as he speaks.]
YES YOU
You can relax. Generally I only steal from pirates.
[Which is of course why she cleaned out the casino on the space station. She has a very loose definition, okay.]
no subject
Well, how do you know I'm not secretly... um... the Dread Pirate Wagner?
no subject
no subject
Wait... No, scratch that! Just... treat me like a normal fuzzzball instead?
no subject
How's your dancing skills, fuzzball?
no subject
You... wanna see for yourself?
