[The Space Bar staff made good use of the ever-replenishing alcohol supply at their last stop, and Nami and Remy got around to discussing the idea of testing various experimental mixes to come up with new additions for the menu.  I mean, add to that Nami hasn't made a decision which one of the applicants should take the main bar job, so clearly the best idea is to shove them all into one place and ply them with alcohol while they talk to each other and work it out after that.

No, it's a good idea.  Shut up.

...okay.  It may just be a good excuse for a party.  Sue her.]

Yes, I'm especially glad for that ever since I switched to engineering. [Not that she doesn't trust Vash to pilot. She smirks at him.]

What were your first two drinks named?

[He sits up a bit straighter and speaks with pride.] The Cosmic Stardust and The Stampede! But, trust me, you don't want to try The Stampede.

Whatever random things I found in the kitchen all mixed together. The pickles probably took it too far.

I've had a pickle in a Bloody Mary before. Was this anything like a Bloody Mary? [She's doubting it.]

Well, it had ketchup instead of tomato juice. Would you consider that as being close to a Bloody Mary?

Did you actually serve that to anyone? [And then mature concern turns slightly.] Oh! Chuuya. See if he'd drink it.

YES! We need to get Chuuya to drink it! Quick! Find me a fancy wine bottle! We'll pour some in!

[She laughs.] Does he usually drink straight from the bottle? And wouldn't the pickles clog it up?

Hmmm, you make a good point! [He pours himself out another glass and drinks it.] That would get stuck. Maybe we could ah.... blindfold him?

Yes, no way would he find that suspicious. [Amused.]

Oh? You think so? I would have thought it was going to be highly suspicious!

[She laughs, enjoying herself. She reaches out to put a hand over Vash's.] Maybe just dare him. Challenge his ego.

YES! That would work! [Vash looks around before leaning in like he's going to share a very important secret.] Don't tell him that I threw up. That way I can tell him I didn't so if he can't do it then he loses!

[You know what, she's just going to withdraw that hand of hers.] Or maybe just don't mention vomiting or any other bodily fluids at all.

[Hey! He washed up after the end! And besides, it all went into a bucket!] Hm, this is also a good plan. [He nods sagely.]

But I don't think he could ignore a good challenge!

[Regardless, the hand is gone. No more hand!]

Probably not. Men are pretty easy that way.

[She laughs again.] They have their moments too.

Yeah! Stupid moments! Liiiiiike having another drink when they shouldn't! [He grins as he starts to pour himself another drink.]

Sure you don't want to be a stupid man with me? [He probably could have worded that better. Vash's intention also isn't to be pushy, more that he feels a bit rude hogging the whole bottle.]

[She sighs and slides over her glass so he can add to it.] No pickles, sir.

No more pickles! [He pours her a glass with a smile.] Hot sauce on the other hand. That's actually not so bad in certain drinks! Gives it a bit of a kick!

The reign of pickles is over. Long live hot sauce. [Pulling her glass back toward her before he can get any though.] You're clearly a bad influence.
