( for N-Z characters )
Before you post your topcomment, please:
1. Check the first letter of your character's name as its written in our tags. A-M names go to the other post, and N-Z names comment here.
2. Make a note in your topcomment if anything especially triggering or graphic might show up in the Calibration. If you're not sure if something's worth noting or not, we suggest listing it anyway, just to err on the side of caution.
3. Put your character's name (it can be shortened or different from the tag, this time) in the subject of your comment. This will help visitors find you easily, and help us update the list below.
4. Post your comment! It's fine if everyone's Calibrations end up looking and reading very different from one another. As long as you're having fun and following our guidelines, you're good to go. :)
5. If you have any questions or concerns during Calibrations, you are welcome to send them towards the mod team at any time, as always.

Where am I now...?
[He looks around now, finally noticing Riku. It doesn't seem to occur to him right away that Riku seems younger. He instead zeroes in on his friend as he moves closer to him]
Riku! [Something...was off. Why was he looking like that?] Riku are you alright? What is this place?

Riku?! Riku wake up!

when he does finally lay a hand on him, it materializes into the form of a dark-skinned man with long silver hair, glowering down at allen like an insect. riku struggles to try and wake up, to peel his eyes open, but it never comes, and one of the man's hands claps his shoulder. the struggles die in that moment. ]
He belongs to me.
[ is all the strange apparition rumbles, before he lifts a hand. riku mirrors him, and a blast of darkness explodes from his palm, meaning to force allen back at least a yard. ]

- Ugh!
[When he recovers, he glares at the man who had materialized. He had came straight from the darkness that had been from Riku- no more than that. His eye could pick up an insane amount of darkness from this man]
[Was this the guy who had used Riku...?]
Tch- [He moves to stand, holding onto his left arm by the wrist.]
Like hell you do.

riku returns to being still, and both light and darkness pulse on as if nothing at all had happened. ]

[Shit. He was getting real sick of these dream things. Guess he'll have to get creative to beat up that creep.]
[Looking around, he finally notices the different keyblades. Which are... different from what he normally wields, but it looks like they'll do. The Ends of the Earth keyblade draws most of his attention - it's large and strong looking, much like his own sword]
[And so, he heads over there to grab it- hoping it'll work to beat up Xehanort.]
1/2 (memory)
She just gives a distasteful grump and combs your hair a little harder. You hiss, but your fingers knock against your glasses, and you slip them on before she continues. Your hair is bright silver, your eyes are a pale seagreen. You frown, watching the freckles on your pale face before you continue, most of your face dwarfed by your glasses. You’re only around seven, after all. “Do I really have to go? There’s not gonna be any kids there.”
“Of course there will be,” your mom replies, lifting her comb and looking at you in the mirror. Dressed in her best, her long platinum blond hair are a few shades darker than silver, but not by much—it’s clear to see where your eyes came from, and your pale skin, but you wish it didn’t make you look so similar. “Besides, you’ll be going alone to these kinds of parties when you’re older.”
“Why? Can’t Aki just go to them?”
“Sweetheart,” she sighs. “Aki needs to go to university.”
“Well, won’t I go?” you frown and peer up at your mother, and she puffs up.
“We need you to take care of the house and the family,” she says, and applies a little bit of gel to your hair, slicking it back. “Aki shouldn’t have to do that, he’s the oldest. That’s why daddy’s in the mainland and your uncle stays on Destiny Islands. There—don’t you look smart?”
You make a face at both claims. “I look dumb.”
She sighs, and just steps back, beckoning you to get up. You turn around, stumbling a little as you pull on your pint-sized suit, and she fixes the bowtie.
“You look very sharp.”
“What’s that mean?”
“That means that you look really nice.”
You aren’t convinced.
The doorbell rings, and immediately you take off. You know who it is—your best friend in the world. Well, one of them.
When you open the door, Sora beams at you, a little dirty, looking like he’s been sparring with the others. “Hey, Riku! Wow, you look fancy! Y’wanna come out and play? Or are you playing dress up?”
“Am not,” you say, a long-suffering sigh escaping your mouth, just before your mother shrieks.
“Get back in the house, young man! You’ll get dirty!”
You cringe, and Sora looks concerned, taking a few quick steps back. Your mother glares at your best friend and slams the door in his face, not even allowing you to answer.
As she glowers down at you, you frown, dipping your head down. “He was just asking to play!”
“Riku, you can’t keep playing around with people of that background,” she says, taking you hand and tugging you along. “It’s unsightly. What would the neighbors think?”
“That I’ve got friends?” You grumble, surly.
“What about that nice girl, Kairi?”
“She’s probably playing with Sora, too!” You say, frustrated. Your mother sighs, and she picks up her skirts as she bends down on one knee, hands on your shoulders.
“Honey, there are things we don’t do,” she says, her gaze stern and level. “Kairi can do as she pleases—she’s the mayor’s child, whatever she does won’t affect his standing. You, on the other hand, are going to represent our family as you get older. You have to set the best example, you have to be the best.”
You frown and then stare at the ground before you just sigh. “Yes, mom.”

and immediately, he launches at allen's form, like a predator. xehanort's heartless hovers behind him, in exactly the same position that riku's in. ]

[And if that wasn't enough? The contents of the memory itself pisses him off. It reminds him of all the people who treated him like trash through the years- because of his disfigurement, because he was poor. He wouldn't be surprised if his own birth parents were like that- it'd explain why they abandoned him before he could remember them]
[Ugh. Nothing put him in a fouler mood than being reminded of them. Riku's mom is a jerk]
[In his rage, he almost misses Riku charging at him- but luckily, the eye alerts him. Before Riku can reach him, he's jumping out of the way- the keyblade in hand as he surveys the situation. Shit. He knows there's no way Riku would use this much darkness to attack him- he's fought him before and the guy always held back. Xehanort is using Riku to fight, wasn't he? DAMMIT. Just how pissed off is this dream going to make him?! He growls in Xehanort's direction]
Really?! You're making Riku do your fighting?!

[ is all xehanort's heartless offers in return, and riku almost makes it to allen's position before he just stops. riku trembles in place, shoulders tense, and his amber eyes fade to a familiar seagreen.
it's short-lived. xehanort's heartless grips riku's neck and he gives a short gasp before his eyes fade back to that dark yellow color, and with new vigor, riku attacks.
not once, not twice, but three strikes and counting in rapid succession. ]

[YOU CAN GO SUCK ON AN LEMON, XEHANORT.]
[For a moment, he has hope that Riku will fight it off, but when that doesn't work, he moves into position- the lens on his left eye activated. Which with that on? It's just as Teresa always taught him- watch how the darkness moves in the opponents body. And if Xehanort had one thing, it was a lot of darkness. To Allen, it read like a neon billboard. So before the blows even land, Allen's there to block it with his own keyblade.]
[One, two, three. On the third, he shoves back hard, trying to knock Riku off his feet]

and then, he doesn't attack. he crouches, almost lying in wait, calculating. ]
