...And also these.
( for N-Z characters )
Before you post your topcomment, please:
1. Check the first letter of your character's name as its written in our tags. A-M names go to the other post, and N-Z names comment here.
2. Make a note in your topcomment if anything especially triggering or graphic might show up in the Calibration. If you're not sure if something's worth noting or not, we suggest listing it anyway, just to err on the side of caution.
3. Put your character's name (it can be shortened or different from the tag, this time) in the subject of your comment. This will help visitors find you easily, and help us update the list below.
4. Post your comment! It's fine if everyone's Calibrations end up looking and reading very different from one another. As long as you're having fun and following our guidelines, you're good to go. :)
5. If you have any questions or concerns during Calibrations, you are welcome to send them towards the mod team at any time, as always.

Well, we'll settle with getting used to the place. Just as long as you know your way around by the time we run into trouble out here.
Has Sanji-kun showed you where you're sleeping?
no subject
Nope. ["Who's Sanji?" The look on his face says it all, really.] I'm guessing he was supposed to, huh?
no subject
You are meant to be here, aren't you?
no subject
[He thinks. He remembers the stories about pirates back home, and none of them were pleasant.]
Maybe your Sanji-kun's running a little late.
no subject
Sanji-kun-- well. He's pretty distractable. I guess I can show you around instead. What do you want to see first?
no subject
This is your ship too, and as long as I'm here? I wanna see what makes this home for you.

These trees are from my hometown. I grew up in an orchard-- these are my mother's trees. I look after them, and they remind me of my village.
no subject
You take really good care of 'em. [Shawn bounces of the edge of his toes, trying really hard not to look as excited as he feels.] What other places do you love?
no subject
You know-- one of the other places I love isn't really on the ship, but I can show it to you. It's a good memory, I promise.
no subject
Hey, even if it weren't? I trust you, and if it's important to you... and you're okay with showing it to me... I wanna see.
no subject
Here.
[Nothing seems to change to begin with-- though there's suddenly many more trees, stretching out in rows around them; there's a cottage visible at the end of this one. The breeze dies to a gentler one without the tang of salt, and there's the laughter of two small girls as they suddenly round into the avenue and tear down it at breakneck speeds, each trying to outrace the other. One has blue hair, held back with a headband, and the other has familiar orange hair.
They're holding orange fruit, and running straight for a woman at the opposite end, on her knees with a basket of fruit beside her much like the one Nami just had on the ship, just as full. And the two girls practically tumble to a stop, holding out their spoils.
"Look!"
"Look!"
"I said it first--"
"Bellemere-san! It's ripe! I picked it right up high! It's bigger than Nojiko's!"
The woman laughs, tousling little Nami's hair. "That's my Nami. You know, when you grow older, you'll realise bigger isn't always better."
"It's the sweetness of the fruit that counts!" Nojiko pipes up. "I bet mine's sweeter."
"I bet it isn't!"
"I bet they're both just as good." Maybe Bellemere says it to forestall an argument, but the two girls don't seem too upset with each other, even if they shove at each other playfully. "And they both look delicious. Why don't you take them inside and we'll try them out for lunch?"
"Okay!"
"'kay!"
And just like that they're tearing off again, leaving the woman to shake her head with a small laugh and sit down by her basket to light a cigarette.
After a moment, she fades from view. But the orchard doesn't.]

Since the orchard isn't fading, and the ship seems to be no longer in sight, he takes a few steps forward. It feels odd, to call out for his friend again - but what else is he supposed to do? That cottage feels as good of a place to try and visit as any.]
no subject
This is Cocoyashi Village! I grew up here, but I haven't been back since I joined Luffy's crew for real. Nojiko looks after the orchard now.
Try a piece? [She holds a segment out on the tip of her finger for him. It's sweet and tangy, but no memories attached. About as... nutritious as a piece of dream fruit can be.]
