haven't really learned anything relevant to the why we're here bit. but i'm learning a lot about space and shit. we don't really do the space thing in my world.

and i guess it's okay here. worthwhile? i don't know. i have shit to do back home. i should really go back. but i apparently don't have a say in that.

Sometimes. But it is a strangely kind exile, when I am gifted in return with kin long lost. For me, at least, it is not a captivity I find overly burdenson.

While this is true, I find it hard to be angry, when the lost are found. I am... used to being an exile, in any case. This is only a little further than normal.

Trying to know the whim of these 'Atroma' seems to be a puzzle that eludes even the strongest of minds. Are they bringing beings here out of cruelty? Out of some misguided attempt at love? It is impossible to tell.

It is...somewhat liberating? Not the physical form, that's clumsy and concerning fragile, but the freedom of movement and the ability to go wherever one pleases in such small spaces. It's fascinating.

And the opportunites to learn have been extremely interesting, to say the least.

...Ordis does acknowledge that these may be entirely subjective, however.

Personally I'm still not sure if the reason they brought me here has anything to do with what I've learned or not. I'm not sure if it would be more upsetting to know they wanted this or that this was just an unintended side effect of their show.

And no, it has not been worthwhile.

I suppose I am in some ways. The relative quiet is nice. But now I know the future at home will be terrible and I can't help but think on that.

I've asked myself that question many times. I don't think the life I can lead here is as interesting as the one I had at home.

I think being here has been worthwhile, though, even if I would like to go home to take care of things. Every new place we visit is something new to learn from, if you want to.
