Hi Sasch. Do you think we could come visit you later today?

[ Oh my gosh oh my gosh, a voice call from not just Winn, but Kitty to?? Sascha's all agape at his communicator and for a second? Rendered speechless.

And then he frantically whispers: ]

Hang on! Bigby's sleeping! [ As in, let him untangle from the giant wolf limbs he's been propped up against and hurry into the hall before he replies proper. ]

--Okay! Hi♥ [ he totally missed the visit part he was so excited to hear from you guys ]

[ does he have to repeat it? every time he thinks it, every time he says it, he gets a little bit more nervous about it. ]

Hi -- how's it going? [ what do you mean he can't get 'can we come over' from that? goddammit, sascha and his comprehension problems, gosh! ] Are you busy tonight? [ winn, please. ]

[Kitty asked the first time. Does that help at all? No?

She strokes his hair gently since it's a voice call.]

We'd like to see you.

Really?? I'm--yes! I'm free! [ Sascha babbles a little, clearly excited. It takes him a moment to actually remember to answer: ]

I'm good too. Um. When tonight??

[ he looks over at kitty a little helplessly. ]

When would be good?

[ he'd rather it not be too late. ]

Sometime soonish maybe without actually being right now? [Was that the right prompt, boyfriend?]

Oh...yeah, that should be fine. Um--but Bigby's room is too full right now. Is there someplace else we can meet?

[ oh god. he's not going to invite him over, because then they can't enforce the 20-minutes limit - he's never going to be comfortable with kicking someone out, he'd rather be able to leave himself.

which means there's only one place he can invite himself to.

it's a really good thing he's been back there twice already, once with kate and once for kara's crafting corner because even as it is the thought is painful and hard, and he feels a lump in his chest like he's about to panic.

he keeps his voice calm, if a tiny bit higher in pitch. ]

I guess, the Iskaulit?

[She takes his hand in hers and squeezes. She feels like it's important for Winn to get comfortable with Sascha and the Iskaulit, but does it really need to be the same time?] What about the Bloodsport's kitchen or cargo bay?

Those would be fine too~ everyone's already eaten dinner so they're free. [ It's okay, Sascha has no preference on where they meet whatsoever, it's just that sleeping wolf Bigby happens to leave very little room for anything in the room--including Sascha himself. ]

[ so much gratitude in the look he's giving kitty right now. ]

That'll work.

[She smiles back, glad she did good there.] We'll see you in a little while then.

Okay~! I'll wait inside the kitchen♥ [ He is literally almost there as we speak. He couldn't help wrying a head start. ]

[ hanging up the call, he takes a deep breath. for a moment he just sits there, not looking at kitty. he's not looking at anything in particular - he's just specifically not looking at kitty.

and then he gets up. ]

Guess we should - get ready and head over.

Probably. [Wondering where his head is while he avoids looking at her. She sits up too and kisses his shoulder.] It's all going to be okay.

[ he nods, the sharp motion revealing his anxiety, as does the quick sucking of a breath through his nose. ]

Yeah. It's gonna be fine. [ he straightens out his clothes and brushes his hair, fingers trembling all throughout. ]

Do we need anything? I feel like I'm forgetting something - [ but is he? they don't need to bring anything, maybe he's just looking to stall. ]

Deep breaths? [They can't bring snacks the only things Sascha can eat are raw meat and blood. Winn doesn't need to see that yet.]

[ he really really doesn't (even though he's seen the raw meat thing, he even bought it for him once).

he takes a deep breath and lets it out slowly. ]

And a hug. [ he could really use one as lame as that makes him feel. ]

[She curls her arms around him and gives him a squeeze.] I love you.

[ he clings to her a little desperately for a while. ]

I love you too. [ sniffling, he nods, finally pulling away. ] Okay, let's do it.

[She nods.] The visiting, not the dirty stuff, right? [Keeping it light?]

Visiting, then the dirty stuff.

[ he tries to sound excited about it, it doesn't really work. he's just going to follow her...and hold her hand the moment they step onto the cargo hold. ]
