[ the feed turns on, though it seems to start with a burst of static and a blurry screen before it finally seems to straighten itself out. though the scene you might be seeing seems a little . . . hard to take in. mostly because it looks like everything has been frozen. plants, grass and giant dinosaurs like T-Rexs that were in mid-lunge to bite on . . . a huddled lump who has a quilt over their head and cocooned deep within the covers. And also happens to be sneezing a lot. ]

This — [ loki sneezes, looking pale, harried and a little . . . blue. ] — Is the worst. Why is everything so — [ another loud sneeze. ] — uncomfortable?! And how do you make it stop?!

[At least he caved with very little convincing. She half-expected a fight, and while that's not totally out of the question, it wouldn't coax her sympathetic side out, that's for sure.]

[ he sneezes, rubbing at his forehead. he doesn't seem too pleased by that question. ]

[Bucky blows out a breath, because,] I don't think that's the name of whatever you are.

[He's not satisfied. So there.]

I'd tell you go to stick your head over a boiling pot, [it always helped Steve] but I think you'd freeze it.

[Keith vaguely remembered seeing something like this from Loki's calibration... at least, that form. He stared at the feed for a moment.]

[ he scowls. ]

[Steve at first is alarmed at the blue but then remembers. God, this can't be good.

It doesn't take long to find his makeshift ice castle. Steve walks over carefully and not in range of any sneezing.]

[He crouches down and reaches to check for a fever.]
